Shipping
We send our products insured by DPD (Deutscher Paketdienst) and in Germany alternatively by DHL on request. Only in exceptional cases we ship with other shipping companies.
Below, we would like to give you an overview of how the shipping costs are calculated:
Germany
DPD
When shipping with DPD in Germany, we charge a flat rate of €4,90 for packaging and shipping.
For shipping to German islands there is an additional €10,- island surcharge!
DHL
As an alternative we offer shipping by DHL. Shipping to German islands is for example cheaper by DHL.
Here we calculate the real DHL shipping costs. These are at present:
up to 5 kg: € 6,99
up to 10 kg: € 9,49
up to 31.5 kg: € 17,49
Please note that for the calculation of the shipping weight the gross product weights (product + packaging + shipping packaging share) are calculated! The shipping costs of your order will be displayed before completing the order.
Belgium*, France*, Italy*, Luxembourg, Netherlands*, Austria & Spain*
For these countries the real shipping costs are calculated directly by our shop system. The basis of the calculation is the total weight of the order. You can view the shipping costs at any time in the shopping cart.
Switzerland
Also for Switzerland the real shipping costs are calculated directly by the shop. The orders are dispatched VAT-free. There is a €20,- handling fee per shipment from our shipping service provider, which is already included in the displayed shipping costs.
Other countries
For all other countries we also charge the real shipping costs, but these cannot be calculated by the shop system yet. In the shopping cart and in the order overview no shipping costs are shown, we calculate these individually after receiving your order and inform you about shipping costs and total amount by e-mail. The order becomes effective when you give us the order by e-mail by accepting the total amount.

* Excluded from the respective regulation are delivery places which are subject to special conditions of the shippers (e.g. islands) and also those with special tax regulations (e.g. Livigno). In these special cases, we will inform you by e-mail after receiving your order about the shipping costs incurred by you.
