Neem Animal Shampoo cleans and cares for the fur and hair with gentle surfactants based on renewable raw materials. The moisturising shampoo with a high content of cold-pressed neem oil gives the animal's fur its suppleness and a healthy shine.

This spray contains valuable extracts of neem and marigold, which soothe stressed and damaged skin and care for the coat. Neol Dog Deo is a special mixture of bitter substances and essential oils. The spray masks the natural exhalations of dogs and other pets and thus enables undisturbed stays outdoors, such as walks along the edge of the forest and through tall grass, even in the warm season. Directions for use: Shake well before use. Spray every 1 to 2 days on the paws, belly and neck area of the pets to be protected. Use sparingly! 100 ml is sufficient for up to 20 applications on dogs and cats.

Neol Horse Deodorant masks the natural odours and vapours of horses and enables carefree pasture walks and rides in the summer months! The contained neem oil cares for skin and hair. For sensitive and allergy-prone horses, it soothes skin irritations and stops tail or hair chafing. Directions for use: Before use, mix 1 part concentrate with 7 parts water and then shake well. Apply the solution to the animal's coat with a cloth, sponge or spray bottle. Neol Environment Spray is developed for use on and around places where pets stay.  Carpets, dog baskets, cat blankets, guinea pig and rabbit cages, but also stables can be sprayed for cleanliness and prevention. It can be used in the home, in the garden, on the terrace, but also in stables. As the product consists of 95 % ethanol, it also has disinfecting properties! Instructions for use: Shake well before use. Apply preventively (every 2-3 weeks) and in case of acute need in living areas where pets are present. Diatomaceous earth is a drying aid for use as a scattering agent in stables or in the household. It has a purely physical and strongly hygroscopic (water-attracting) effect through contact. Repeated application prevents the nesting of insects (mites and insects) in hard-to-reach places. Application: For environmental treatment on livestock and pets without treating the animals themselves. Sprinkle on surfaces, in cracks and corners. In the home, spread evenly on floors, carpets and in cracks and corners. Can be used in the organic waste bin or compost to prevent odours and rot. Apply diatomaceous earth finely by hand or with a dust pump (pressure sprayer) to the areas in need. Apply and store product in a dry place.   Safety Instructions: Diatomaceous earth is a fine dust. GRINDOLAN bei Sommerekzem - pflegt und stärkt die angegriffene TierhautDas Sommerekzem hat sich zu einem Problem entwickelt, mit dem fast jeder Pferdebesitzer konfrontiert ist. Es äußert sich beim Pferd durch einen extremen Juckreiz an Mähne und Schweifansatz, in mehreren Fällen auch an Bauch und Rücken. Infolgedessen scheuern sich die Tiere, wodurch die Haut Risse bekommt, schuppig wird und sich ablöst. Es bilden sich kahle Stellen, und nicht selten werden die Scheuerstellen blutig. Fliegen und andere Insekten bringen Bakterien, Schmutz und Keime in die offene, verletzte Haut. Eine Entzündung entsteht, die dazu führt, dass der gesamte Mähnenkamm bis hin zum Widerrist und die Schweifrübe anschwellen. Nach dem heutigen Stand der Wissenschaft spielen bei den Ursachen des Sommerekzems sowohl endogene als auch exogene Faktoren eine Rolle. Zu den endogenen zählen Stoffwechselstörungen, ein Mangel an Vitaminen und Spurenelementen, allergische Reaktionen auf bestimmte Stoffe sowie genetische Veranlagung. Exogene Faktoren sind vor allem die Stiche der Kriebelmücke, deren Speichel Allergien auslösen kann, sowie andere Umwelteinflüsse wie klimatische Veränderungen oder steigende Ozonwerte. Die Überfütterung mit Eiweiß auf sehr nährstoffreichen Weiden erhöht zusätzlich die Allergieanfälligkeit. Wichtigster Auslöser der Symptome ist jedoch die Kriebelmücke, was daran zu erkennen ist, dass die Beschwerden im Winter – wenn das Insektenaufkommen nachlässt – abklingen, aber meist im Frühjahr mit größerer Intensität zurückkehren. GRINDOLAN – Pflege für die angegriffene Pferdehaut Bei Sommerekzemen hat sich über die Jahre im Allgäuer Kräuterhaus ein Produkt bewährt, das mild desinfizierend wirkt, die betroffenen Hautpartien geschmeidig macht und somit den Juckreiz lindert. Dadurch kann die Haut regenerieren, und durch die verbesserte Nährstoffversorgung wachsen auch die Haare wieder nach. Zugleich hält das Produkt lästige Kriebelmücken und andere Parasiten fern – ein Vorteil, den Ihnen Ihr Pferd nicht nur zur Vorbeugung vor dem schmerzhaften Ekzem danken wird. Es handelt sich um Grindolan, eine ölige Emulsion zum Auftragen auf die betroffenen Stellen. Die Kombination aus fetten, mineralischen und ätherischen Ölen wirkt juckreizstillend, insektenabwehrend und desinfizierend. Anwendungsempfehlung: Die gefährdeten oder betroffenen Hautstellen gründlich säubern und anschließend GRINDOLAN auftragen. Um die Haut elastisch und widerstandsfähig zu halten, sollte die Pflege ganzjährig durchgeführt werden. In den Sommermonaten kann das Produkt zusätzlich großflächig angewendet werden, um einen effektiven Mückenschutz zu gewährleisten.

Pferdehusten muss nicht sein! Hier finden Sie adäquate Hilfsmittel zur Bekämpfung von Pferdehusten. Hustenreaktionen werden durch Infektionen oder schlechte Haltungsbedingungen ausgelöst. Allergische Reaktionen können durch hohe Staubbelastung beim Misten, stickige Stallluft, Ammoniakansammlungen am Boxenboden, Zugluft (Frischluft ist wichtig, Zugluft jedoch zu vermeiden) sowie eine zu hohe Belastung durch Bakterien und Pilzsporen bei mangelnder Hygiene entstehen. Diese Belastungen schwächen das Immunsystem des Pferdes, was eine Infektion begünstigt. Wird diese nicht vollständig auskuriert, kann sich ein chronisches Hustenleiden entwickeln. Sowohl bei infektiösen als auch bei allergischen Erkrankungen sind die Lungenbläschen mit Schleim gefüllt, was die Atmungsleistung erheblich einschränkt. Ziel der Therapie ist es, die angestauten Sekrete zu lösen und den Auswurf zu fördern. Hier hat sich besonders die Inhalationslösung Bio-Dessimin bewährt. Was ist Bio-Dessimin? Bio-Dessimin ist ein natürliches Präparat zur Inhalation bei Pferdehusten und zur Keimreduzierung im Stall. Es verflüchtigt sich gasförmig, sodass die Wirkstoffe bei der Inhalation bis in die Alveolen (Lungenbläschen) vordringen können. Dort lösen sie den Schleim und machen so die Atemwege frei. Dazu wird ein Handtuch mit warmem Wasser angefeuchtet, ausgewrungen und in einen Inhalationssack gegeben. Das Pferd trägt diesen Sack 20–30 Minuten, ohne angebunden zu sein. Anschließend sollte das Pferd geführt werden, um die gelösten Schleime abzuhusten. Bei starken Beschwerden wird die Anwendung zweimal täglich empfohlen.
