Neem Discs are a plant substrate that swells when water is added and can be used pure or mixed with soil.
The coconut fibre material of the discs stores the absorbed water and releases it slowly and continuously to the plants. In this way, ideal plant growth conditions are achieved. The contained Neem Press Cake provides a balanced nutrient supply, promotes root formation and strengthens the plants.
One package contains 10 pieces of 100 g each and, after adding water and swelling, yields about one bucket of valuable plant substrate.
Neem Discs are approved for organic farming! The product has been included in the "Betriebsmittelliste für den ökologischen Landbau in Deutschland" (List of inputs for organic farming in Germany). www.biologischgaertnern.de
Ingredients:
Neem discs consist of 90% coconut coir, which is the dried short fibres and granules from the shells of coconuts.
The remaining 10% is neem press cake, which is deoiled neem seed finely crushed.

Tolles Produkt, wenn nicht so viel Substrat benötigt wird.
Habe die Neem Discs das erste mal ausprobiert. Gerade wenn man noch ein paar Dinge nachsäen möchte, ist das Substrat, das aus einem Disc entsteht, völlig ausreichend um eine Anzuchtpatte mit 28 Feldern (a' 5x5 cm) zu füllen.
